With a personalized approach, we focus on precision, breath, and deep core activation to create lasting strength and balance, both on and off the reformer. At Pause Pilates, every session is an opportunity to reset, reconnect, and rediscover your body’s full potential.
A note from Sarah Wallace
Hi, friend, Sarah here!
Wellness has been my passion for years, but more than that, I believe in the power of stillness, alignment, and intentional movement to bring us back to ourselves. Deep within each of us is a place of equanimity and knowing, but life’s challenges often throw us off balance. No matter how far we’ve drifted, it’s never too late to pause, realign, and move forward with purpose.
For me, Pilates is a reset—a way to move with integrity, strength, and deep alignment. Strength alone isn’t enough; true power comes when our movement is intentional, our posture is aligned, and our body and mind are in sync. Through this practice, I’ve found that when the body is properly aligned, everything else falls into place.
My mission is to share this gift with others, helping people reconnect with their strength, wonder, and joy. Because when we pause and align, life has a way of falling into place.
